Our Must Fit Policy

If we ship a belt that does not fit the model you ordered it for, or is not of satisfactory quality, return it at our expense.


All our belts have a 2-year Limited Warranty. Any belt determined to be defective for workmanship or quality during the first the first 2 years of service will be repaired or replaced at no cost to our customer. Normal wear and tear, incorrect lacing, improper application, abuse or neglect is not covered by this warranty.


All items being returned must have prior authorization by USABelting.Com with an assigned Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Contact us at 1-800-994-0401 for authorization.
Returned products not covered by our Must Fit Policy will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% and return freight must be pre-paid by the customer. Used items will not be accepted.

Ship times

Normally, if an order is received by 12:00 P.M CST, it will ship the same day. For delivery times, please see our delivery maps.
